Shelley is passionate about helping newly licensed Real Estate agents be successful. Real Estate is a business that is perceived to be an easy way to make fast money. Many new agents enter and quickly realize it's not for sissies. It takes grit, perseverance, and emotional intelligence to make it.
Shelley recognized a need to help new agents succeed, and New Agent 365 was born.
